1. Acceptance of terms

By using Japan Salon Booking, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Booking and cancellation

Bookings made via the platform are binding. Cancellation fees follow a single platform-wide policy, not individual salon rules: free 24 hours or more before the visit, 50% of the booking total (including any stylist designation fee) from 3 to 24 hours before, 100% within 3 hours, 100% for a no-show, and free when the salon cancels. See the Specified Commercial Transaction Act disclosure for details.

3. Payment

Payments are by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) and are processed by Stripe. Displayed prices include Japanese consumption tax. Payment timing and refunds follow the Specified Commercial Transaction Act disclosure; refunds are returned to the card used, less any cancellation fee.

4. User content

Reviews and photos posted by users must not violate any applicable laws.

5. Limitation of liability

Japan Salon Booking is a marketplace and is not liable for services rendered by individual salons.
